How to take charge of your Health!
My goal is to help people make better choices of what to eat and how to shop. Lose weight and be able to keep it off for good. Remove processed food from their diet and educate them on how harmful this food can be, because it contains GMO’s like Canola oil, same as rapeseed oil and other GMO’s. Conventional food does not have the same nutrient value as Organic. What foods to buy that must be organic, the 12 dirty dozen. The difference between good fats and bad fats. Educate on how harmful sugar is today in our society, and teach people that there are healthier choices that are sweet and not harmful. Also teach the difference in quality meat that is hormone and antibiotic free from grass fed animals. Poultry that is free range hormone and antibiotic free. The difference between Wild fish and farm raised fish and why it is important to buy wild.
