Living in gratitude!

Living in gratitude for all the wonderful people that have been here on my healing journey. Thank you to each and every one of you for your guidance. I would not be able to do what I have done without your support. It has been a painful and frustrating journey for me over the past 17 years.

Support in the holistic community has been so different from traditional medicine that had always approached me with something that I had inherited or really never tried to figure out what was wrong with me, I would show up to my doctor’s appointments and they would get the drug book out to prescribe a medicine that would only work for about 90 days until I built a tolerance to it and it was no longer effective and my body was screaming for more and higher doses of drugs. I would end up trying to find another medicine that would work and most of the time the medicines would not work or made my symptoms worse.

I had gone through withdrawal several times from the medicines that I took all by myself not really understanding what was happening but it was really tormenting. When the drug ads started to show up on TV and I was hearing them talk about the side effects of the drugs and then the law suits of some of the medicines that I had taken were coming to light, I came to a place in my life where enough was enough and it was time for me to take responsibility into my hands and not some doctors hands. I have studied countless hours of research to find answers to what was happening to me, for every night that I would have a bad night I was on the computer researching every angle the next day.


I am completely drug free 17 months now and I am doing so much better doing things my way. I know just how bad the suffering can be and I want to be there to help guide people though there journey to find health again through nutrition and I have a network of wonderful people around me to help support people in need. Body, mind, and spirit!
